IAW the attached Statement of Work, it is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide new system furniture in the DeFlorez Complex, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use, at the NAWCTSD, 12221 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826-3224. This purchase shall be made under FAR Part 8 and 13 procedures; FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Other than full and open competition applies.
