It is necessary to conduct research activities with ethical standards and professionalism, identify opportunities of research processes such as: Screen and perform clinical examinations of at least 500 potential study participants for each 12-month performance period. Perform the informed consent process and enroll participants. Collect study approved information and biological samples. Label and keep samples in adequate cold-chain conditions (-70C to -80C). Perform molecular tests of samples collected in the study. Prepare biological samples for shipments to Namru South or assigned laboratory in adequate cold-chain conditions. It is needed that the personnel working for this protocal are trained on participant enrollmnet and confidentiality procedures, specimen collection, rapid diagnostic testing, real-time polymerase chain reaction systems and storage and transportation of specimens.
