## Description

The purpose of this acquisition is for a contract to provide laboratory supplies and reagents. QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit is material used to simplify viral RNA purification from cell-free body fluids with fast spin-column, vacuum, and plate centrifugation procedures. Proteinase K is used to digest proteins and enzymes in the processes of nucleic acids (DNA or RNA) extraction and purification. Protease is a broad specificity substance with activity under a wide range of conditions.

It is used in isolation of DNA and RNA from blood, tissues, and cultured cells. Protease Solvent is a reagent used to reconstitute the QIAGEN Protease. Wash Bottles, Right-to-Know, Safety-Vented, with GHS Labeling- Distilled Water, Blue, are containers which are easy to squeeze, translucent, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) with safety-vented polypropylene caps and used to contain distilled water to clean bench top and cabinet surfaces. 96-well flat-bottom plates are used in the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect IgG antibodies against DENV, OROV, MAYV and other arboviruses.
