## Description

Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS) needs to replace the existing software, application servers, and video storage servers of current video surveillance program. This product is used throughout the main facility and has been deemed critical in high alert areas. The system must operate without issue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at SAVAHCS. Technical training is required to ensure all users receive the necessary skills to perform duties within the updated system.

The Government is seeking information to determine how this requirement can be met. Proposed solutions must integrate with the Milestone System Platform with SAVAHCS’ Network Harbor Lighthouse System. Please see attached documentation for requirement details.
