This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. All capability statements received prior to the notice expiration date and time will be considered by the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
