Pritchett Controls is the factory authorized dealer for Reliable Controls products in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. As Pritchett Controls is the only company authorized by the manufacturer, no other known vendor can meet USU's requirement of maintaining a factory authorized system. Therefore, Pritchett Controls, Inc. is the only known source that can provide the requested maintenance, support and related services. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
