## Description

USU intends to issue a modification to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) HU000116AJV17 on a sole source basis to Life Technologies Corporation. The purpose of this modification is to increase the current BPA Ceiling by $600,000.00 from $1,000,000.00 to $1,600,000.00. The ceiling is being increased to provide additional call placement through the ordering period ending 30 June 2026. Refer to the attachment for details of this action.
