## Description

USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Lumivero LLC for a 12 month NVivo educational enterprise site license renewal to meet qualitative data analysis requirements for faculty and student researchers. The NVivo enterprise site license covers 87 on campus and off-site installations for USU billeted faculty, staff and students. See attached document for full details.
