## Description

USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) for a pulse capturing device that connects to the Nuclear Pulse Power (NPP) instrumentation module and a modification to the TRIGA reactor console software to communicate with the device.
