## Description

USU intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) for software licenses for the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Campus Edition application and support from IBM for a one 12-month base period and two 12-month option years. The SPSS Campus Edition application from IBM is specifically designed to support statistical manipulation for educational research. The software licenses include an annual service agreement to maintain the software, mainframe, PC, and the Macintosh computer platforms.
