## Description

USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Cytek Biosciences, Inc. for annual servicing and maintenance on a Cytek Aurora 5 laser cytometer. The period of performance is one base year plus four option years. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13.
