CoStar is a software license for real estate data used for market research and surveys for commercial real estate nationwide. The software license provides web access to the CoStar network and provides the available properties on the market and provides reports and other analytics that can be used to support real property negotiations. CoStar is a global leader in commercial real estate information and analytics. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies and/or services that will satisfy the Agency requirements. The solicitation number for this requirement is 12C0BZ25C0003. This Notice of Intent is not a request for information, proposals, or quotations. No solicitation documentation exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of RFIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
