## Description

The USDA Farm Service Agency requires agricultural real estate appraisal and housing appraisal report and appraisal review report software that meets industry standards and is USPAP compliant. A complete package that includes the base appraisal software that incorporates the generally accepted appraisal techniques as exemplified through professional appraisal organizations is required.
