## Description

Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend this solicitation deadline for proposals and past performance questionnaires submission to 06/06/2025, at 12:00 PM EST (noon). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Clarify page count under Instruction to Offerors. Section L.2 is hereby updated.

2. Provide Questions and Answers (Q&A). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This requirement is for Chapter 13 Standing Trustee Audit Services. The award will be a concessions contract since there are no appropriated funds associated with this requirement. It is the responsibility of each Trustee to fund therir own audit. Historically, over 5 years, the Trustees have purchased $800,000.00 of audit service. There is no guaranteed minimum for this procurement/resultant contract.

Neither the Federal Acquisition Regulation nor the Guide to Judiciary Policy Volume 14 apply to concessions contracts. Federal Judiciary contract clauses are incorporate as a guide to the standards of operation and conditions that shall be followed under the resultant contract. Place of Contract Performance Performance will take place at various Standing Trustee Offices in Alabama and North Carolina United States
