These changes will enable necessary implementation of activities, including (i) solidifying the policy changes necessary to implement STEM education on a nationwide basis; (ii) replicating higher education activities in additional universities; (iii) concluding research regarding the activity’s education and training programs, in order to refine programming and curricula in line with 2024 education quality standards; and (iv) revising and finalizing the development and transfer of technological resources to relevant entities. Based on market research, it has been determined that this procurement action can only be facilitated with 21PSTEM. USAID/Egypt intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Amelie von Briesen, Email Address: avonbriesen@USAID.gov by Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
