Vendors must confirm their ability to comply with NAVSEA S9570-AD-CAT-010 (UNREP Hardware and Equipment Manual) and any associated military specifications (MIL-SPEC) for metallurgy, anti-corrosion, and safe working load (SWL) limits. Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) items may be acceptable only if they directly map to the precise tolerances required for emergency breakaway procedures and standard replenishment evolutions. 4.0 Submission Instructions Interested and capable sources are requested to submit a Capability Statement (maximum 5 pages) detailing their ability to meet the requirements.
