## Description

**31 OCT UPDATE:** Due to the significant level of interest received for the USTRANSCOM SISO RFI, the Government has decided to proceed with reviewing contractors exclusively through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) JETS contract vehicle. As a result, one-on-one Technical Capability Meetings will only be held with contractors under the DLA JETS contract vehicle. We appreciate the time and effort invested by all respondents and encourage continued engagement with future opportunities
