## Description

In 2026, USTRANSCOM plans to have a contract in place for TRAC2ES that will provide agile software development support for TRAC2ES, which has up to 8K users at any given time. The objective of this requirement is to provide software development support and expertise for TRAC2ES. This includes all software code and associated components and integrations.

USTRANSCOM is seeking information about what solutions currently exist in the market and is interested in learning about what information industry may need to scope a logical roadmap to succeed. This announcement constitutes an RFI for informational and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded as a result.

Industry’s response to the RFI?—or lack thereof—will have no impact on the evaluation of responses to any subsequent RFP or Request for Quote (RFQ) released. The information requested will be used within USTRANSCOM as market research to facilitate decision making (e.g., determining acquisition strategy, small business concerns) and will not be disclosed outside the Government. Proprietary information submitted shall be appropriately marked.

Do not submit confidential information in your response. **Note** USTRANSCOM will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this RFI. Please see the attached Request for Information (RFI) and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). **Note** Generic capability statements received in response to this RFI will not be reviewed and will not be considered for a one-on-one meeting.

**White Paper:** Responses to this RFI must be received by the points of contact (POC)s identified in Section 5 of the RFI no later than 10:00am CT on Friday, May 2, 2025. **Note** There is no RFI response page limit. All responses to the RFI will be reviewed and utilized for market research.
