## Description

In 2024 USTRANSCOM plans to have a contract in place for Defense Courier Support Services that will provide air transportation via commercial scheduled service routes to augment its global transportation network. Defense Courier Division (DCD) couriers must maintain constant positive control of all material during loading, transport, and unloading.

Two DCD couriers will accompany their material during all movements between staging areas and their aircraft and load the aircraft once their material has been loaded and aircraft doors sealed. USTRANSCOM is seeking information about what solutions currently exist in the market and is interested in learning about what information industry may need to scope a logical roadmap to succeed. Please see attachments for further information.
