**Approved Acquisition Strategy:** This requirement will be sought as a SDVOSB using GSA MAS54151S. Full Acquisition Strategy and evaluation factors will be provided shortly. Global Freight Management (GFM) is designed to provide DoD Transportation Officers with the ability to electronically procure commercial freight transportation services to support our nation’s war fighting efforts. This contract will enable sustainment of the ability to access commercial shipping of freight via motor, rail, barge, pipeline, air and small package via tender and contract utilizing the Global Freight Management system.
