**Acquisition Strategy Update 15-Feb-2024 SPECIAL NOTICE UPDATE:** Planned Milestones updated Q&A received - attached word document Description: Global Transportation Planning (GTP) and Groups Operational Passenger (GOPAX) Systems Operations and Sustainment GTP is an umbrella program that integrates and governs end-to-end distribution process optimization initiatives including: continuous business process improvement, process visualization and dynamic transportation decision making.

The GTP suite includes the Group Operational Passenger System (GOPAX), a separate Program of Record (POR) which is used to fulfill the operational requirement of moving groups of passengers throughout the CONUS for USTRANSCOM.

A combination of functional, engineering, and technical support is required to design, develop, modify, and integrate required capabilities and Support is required for the reengineering and sustainment of BPM development activities for discrete and capacity-based deployment and distribution processes.
