The contractor must provide an owner-operated drop zone and aircraft, on site aircraft maintenance facilities and aircraft mechanics must be available, on-site FAA certified parachute riggers/packers available upon request for a fee, on-site vertical wind tunnel and on-site training facilities with air conditioning, padded flooring for packing of parachutes, and computers and televisions for training/debriefing purposes. The contractor must have both door and ramp capable aircraft available for both day and night parachute operations.
