These services shall include any equipment, wiring, or infrastructure to ensure the Vendor's Policy requirement for voice, video, fax, data services, states system access to/from commercial dialup services shall be via a local Media Gateway using a PRI, CAS, or POTS analog trunk to a commercial service provider.
