## Description

IAW FAR 6.305, this Synopsis is for the announcement of the award of the Theater Deployable Communications (TDC) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Bridge requirement on a sole source basis. This notice of contract action represents the synopsis required by FAR 5.302. The information below is provided in accordance with FAR 5.207(a).

**FA872625RB010 Contact Point:** See the bottom of notice Description: This Contract resulted in a single sole source award to the incumbent Contractor to provide continued mission support services for contractor comprehensive sustainment and support for the United States Air Force (USAF) TDC equipment and ensure reliable operations for all TDC systems. This will mitigate a potential gap in service while the TDC CLS Follow-On Contract is competed, awarded and transitioned.

The bridge features a basic Period of Performance of nine (9) months and three (3) single month option periods. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for this requirement has been issued and is approved.
