This will mitigate a potential gap in service while the TDC CLS Follow-On Contract is competed, awarded and transitioned. The bridge will feature a basic Period of Performance of one (1) year. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for this requirement has been issued and is presently in the approval process.
