## Description

1/26/2024 The purpose of this update is to provide the revised Notice of Intent Sole Source(Rev) attachment and extend the response time.

The United States Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Services (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) intends to award a short term bridge contract on a sole source basis to Riverside Research Institute, 5870 Trinity PKWY STE 610, Centreville, Virginia 20120-1970 to provide Subject Matter Expert/Engineering Support Services.

DIU requires Subject Matter Expert/Engineering Support Services to support the advancement of technology for the Department of Defense (DoD) in Artificial Intelligence, Human Systems, Autonomy, Cyber, Advanced Energy & Materials, Information Technology, and Space.
