11/5/25 - Amendment #001 quesitons and answers posted It is the intent of this solicitation to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Engineering Service's at Federal Prison Industries – UNICOR 2 HWY 75, Butner, NC 27509. FPI has multiple machines that are being transported to factory that will require electrical power to operate. The engineering firm will design and work with FPI during the solicitation, award, and administration of installation of the electrical design.

The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
