The parking garage is attached to the building, is protected by Security Guards, and is designated Level IV by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service and Treasury Security Manual-TD P 15-71. FinCEN requires the garage to be guarded 24/7 and has direct access from the parking garage into the building. The parking for 1801 L St NW Washington, DC is for 2 reserved parking spaces for the Director and Deputy and 5 non-reserved spaces for DC Meetings, Treasury, and Congressional Meetings for high level managers and employees for a 12-month base period and two (2) option years.
