The proposed contractor is the sole producer, manufacturer and distributor of the DCS6 Camera System. As the developer and manufacturer of this product, Foster and Freeman provides direct technical support and warranty services required for this acquisition; therefore, the proposed source has the sole unique technical and other resources required for this acquisition. There is no period of performance for this purchase. The total estimated value of this purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice.
