Digital Science & Research Solutions Inc. Together with its affiliates, owns and has the exclusive right to supply Overleaf Server Pro. This product / service relies on proprietary technologies, with characteristics and capabilities that are not provided by other commercial offerings currently available. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 09/18/2024 – 09/17/2025 inclusive of a 12-month base year and an option for optional quantities. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice.
