The replacement load cell must be fully compatible with the existing MTS Mini-Bionix 858 model 662.20H-05, associated controller hardware, software configuration, data acquisition interfaces, and existing custom fixtures without requiring modification or replacement of the current testing system. Equivalent products meeting all stated salient characteristics and interoperability requirements will be considered. The requirement includes furnishing the load cell transducer; removal of the existing load cell; fabrication and installation of any required interface plates, adapters, mounting hardware, and accessories; on-site installation; on-site calibration performed in accordance with applicable ASTM standards using NIST-traceable methods; operational verification; delivery of calibration certificates and an operational verification report; manufacturer warranty documentation; and all labor, travel, materials, equipment, and incidental costs necessary to provide a fully operational solution. Government acceptance will occur following successful installation, calibration, operational verification, and receipt of all required documentation.
