Patient Enrollment: Screen, consent, and enroll approximately 300 patients who present with clinical suspicion of tropical fever, following the IRB-approved protocol. Sample Collection & Processing: Collect venous and capillary blood samples from enrolled patients. Diagnostic Testing: Perform on-site testing using the Government-furnished GeneXpert Edge X system. Comparator Analysis: Perform comparator testing using the Biofire Global Fever Panel and conduct discrepant analysis via sequencing. Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, quality assurance, and secure storage of all study data.
