The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing grounds maintenance and associated cemetery services at Fort Richardson National Cemetery and Sitka National Cemetery in Alaska. Businesses capable of supporting either location or both locations are encouraged to respond. This notice is for market research only. It is not a solicitation, and no quotations or proposals are requested.
