The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112 – Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Shiprock Service Unit changes. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than July 10, 2025 at 2PM MDT (1400). In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.
