Allied Waste Services of North America LLC dba Republic Services of Montana is the only vendor that possesses a Public Convenience and Necessity Certificate through the Montana Public Service Commission for Class D haulers for the Crow Reservation Service area. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.102, Restricting Competition (a) only one source is available; and FAR 37.001, Service Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period of November 28, 2026 through November 27, 2027 with four (4) option years.
