## Description

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of United States Housing and Urban Development – Office of the Inspector General (HUD-OIG), intends to contract with JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria, 5150 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77056, on a sole source basis for the purchase of event training space for a three-day conference in Houston, Texas.

HUD-OIG will be attending the Office of Audit Annual Planning & Training Meeting from August 26th, 2024 through August 29th, 2024. The JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria is the only hotel within ten miles of the HUD-OIG office that can accommodate all needs of this requirement, including: conference space for 250 conference attendees, Audio Visual services, adequate amount of breakout rooms, and room availability.
