This requirement is being evaluated for acquisition under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. § 5307) and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS The Government is primarily seeking responses from: Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) For market research purposes, responses from all other small business concerns are also encouraged, including: Small Business (SB) 8(a) HUBZone SDVOSB VOSB WOSB/EDWOSB Submission of a response by a non-IEE or non-ISBEE firm does not affect the Government's authority to restrict competition under the Buy Indian Act if sufficient qualified Indian-owned sources are identified. IMPORTANT The Government is seeking responses that specifically address the requirements identified in this notice. Do not submit generic marketing materials, boilerplate capability statements, or company brochures. Capability statements should clearly demonstrate how the firm will satisfy the requirements, including emergency response capability, Eaton-specific experience, technician certifications, and support approach.
