## Description

The Phoenix Indian Medical Center is seeking to purchase 64 Ricoh or equal Multifunctional Functional Devices (MFD) and Ricoh or equal Desktop Document Scanners and six (6) Ricoh or equal High Volume Production Scanners or equivalent. MFD’s must have Print, Copy, Scan and Fax, with device management and advance print workflow, maintenance services, Digital Fax Server, Document Signature Routing Solution, support, and all consumables to support the PIMC campus and Annex buildings.

Further specifications are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please consult the SOW prior to sending questions. This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes. This posting is primarily looking to engage in Native American and Alaska-Native owned firms, but all interested and capable parties are invited to respond.
