## Description

The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS), Department of Information Resource Management (DIRM) is committed to continuous professional development and the enhancement of IT capabilities to ensure we remain competitive and efficient in our operations.

Renewing license for IT training will provide our employees with continued access to up-to-date, comprehensive training materials and resources, facilitating their professional growth and improving overall organizational performance picking up from previous activities. Currently there is no enhanced training, certification preparation, or certification renewal for Information Technology personnel within IHS. The primary objectives of the license renewal are:

- To provide employees with access to high-quality IT training resources. - To ensure the training materials are current and relevant to industry standards. - To support a wide range of IT disciplines, including but not limited to cybersecurity, software development, network administration, and data analysis. - To facilitate flexible and self-paced learning opportunities. - To provide employees access to Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for maintaining industry standard The purpose of this post is primarily to identify BIA firms capable and interested in meeting the govermment's need.
