This sources sought is for market research purposes only, in accordance with FAR Part 10. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334513 Instruments and Related products manufacturing for Measuring, displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The 21st Contracting Squadron, at Peterson Space Force Base, CO, is requesting information regarding the 3D Scanner BLK2GO Mobile Mapping Leica Geosystems Kit, or a solution that meets/is comparable to the characteristics below.

**Salient Characteristics:** - Handheld device - Wireless connection - Lightweight (between 600g-800g) - LiDAR, visual (camera), IMU combined capability (SLAM algorithm) - Rolling shutter camera along with the ability to capture specific images for geo tagging - One button push operation - Scanned minimum 400K points per second - Full 360 dome scan capability - Must be comprised of single vendor components, avoid integrating 3rd party Lidar system (i.e., Velodyne Lidar) Must have all single provider components for support capabilities. - Range Min. 0.5 up to 25 m; Accuracy indoor no greater than 12 mm average; Range noise +/- 3 mm at 78% albedo
