## Description

To identify potential suppliers capable of providing a Mobile Expended Ordnance Deformer for the Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP). The purpose is to DEMIL (demilitarize) Expended Small Arms Cartridge Casings (ESACCs) in accordance with the demilitarization procedures outlined in DoDM 4160.28 Vol. 2, thus preventing ESACCs from stockpiling at the base ranges.
