## Description

The work includes the demolition of the existing buildings, utilities, parking lot, and concrete pad, returning the site back to a green site. Utility branches shall be demolished but not limited to electric, potable water, and sanitary from the building back to the main line and capped. Any trees currently around the building will need to be protected in place. Once all building elements have been removed the site will be re-sod and incidental related work.
