The PCM serves as the primary electrical power management, conditioning, and distribution hub for the BRU-57/A Smart Bomb Rack system. The HBA is the communication link for the BRU-57 bomb rack. It routes high-speed data between the F-16 and two smart weapons. The BRU-57/A PCM and HBA were developed specifically for use on the F-16 C/D aircraft with military unique requirements.
