(CAGE: 09552) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" .ATEC Inc. is the only source with the necessary proprietary technical data and engineering capability to manufacture these fixtures without causing unacceptable delays and duplication of costs to the Government.
