## Description

The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the UH-1N - Rotor Masts, TH-1H -90 Degree Gearboxes, and the 45 Degree Gearboxes. This sole source effot will be awarded IAW FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Bell Textron Inc. Cage 97499. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item, The particulars of this definitive contract are as follows:
