## Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire F-15 3rd Ramps/ Diffuser Ramps; NSN 1560-01-239-9073FX, Part Number 68A327610-1001, 3rd Ramps (Aircraft Floor), NSN 1560-01-621-1723FX, Part Number 68A327009-1001, Diffuser Ramps (Inlets) Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity.

SPRWA1-25-R-0006 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for estimated quantity of 63 each and 23 Each respectively to the NSNs above over two ordering periods. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, The Boeing Company (CAGE 76301), pursuant to 10 USC 23094(c)(1), under Boeing Captain of Industry (BCOI) contract SPRPA1-14-D-002U.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies.

However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
