The Alpha VI Contract was awarded on September 26, 2025, as a subsumable contract under Raytheon Technologies Corporation’s Umbrella Contract No. SPRBL1-25-D-0006, awarded on August 1, 2025. This contract superseded the prior Depot Level Repairable (DLR) contract, SPRBL1-15-D-0017 (Alpha V). The requirements associated with this solicitation are identified in Enclosure 1, Identification of Requirements (IOR), which details the fifteen (15) NSNs/PNs included in this procurement. These requirements support the Patriot Missile System and other critical defense systems. The terms and conditions of Umbrella Contract No. SPRBL1-25-D-0006 and the Alpha VI Contract No. SPRRA2-25-D-0016 shall govern the rights and obligations of both the Government and the Contractor.
