SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHALL BE VALID FOR A MINIMUM OF 120 DAYS FROM THE EXTEND CLOSING DATE AND TIME. A-4. SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHALL BE VALID UNTIL THURSDAY 23 JULY 2026.
