However, all proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this Sources Sought Notice may be considered by the Government. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Only approved sources will be solicited, and source approval may be required. DLA Aviation Philadelphia will not delay the award while source approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
