This amendment is being issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) Authority formally known as Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). \ This amendment modifies the referenced solicitation.

The sole purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission deadline to 15 AUG 2025. Except as specifically modified herein, all other clauses, requirements, terms, conditions, and provisions of the original solicitation, and any prior amendments thereto, remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Inquiries concerning this amendment should be directed to Shantell Lawrence at shantell.lawrence@dla.mil.

The official system of record for this solicitation is the NECO system. \ This solicitation is being issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) Authority formally known as Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA).(FAR 5.202(a)(2)). Offerors are advised that offers received from sources which are not government-approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable, and therefore ineligible for award.

Any distributors of approved source(s) MUST submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter, on the source's letterhead, to the buyer point of contact indicated on the solicitation via email, at time of proposal submittal.
